Amanda Miller is a nonprofit operations specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting the sector. As an ecologist turned social scientist, Amanda brings a wealth of interdisciplinary knowledge to her work. A certified Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, Amanda has been building databases and designing business processes since 2014. Amanda strives to bring a touch of joy and levity to her work, infusing change management with support and care for the people behind the processes that make an organization run. A proud AmeriCorps Alum, Amanda has worked in operations and grant management for three AmeriCorps*State programs in Central Texas. She is intimately familiar with the inner workings of AmeriCorps grants management and the AmeriCorps Member Lifecycle, from recruitment through service and alumni support. Amanda has served on the leadership committee for the Austin AmeriCorps Alumni Chapter, and has been a key member of AmeriCorps Central Texas (formerly ServeAustin).
